We understand that recruitment is a two-way process. Understanding clients requirements and effectively selling its vacancies and evaluating a candidate and offering the best suitable job. Our process works towards a win-win situation for the job seeker and the company alike.
Our Recruitment Process
- Understand requirements/ receive job descriptions
- Sign contract with Client, agree on terms and conditions
- Receive Client’s Demand Letter and Power of Attorney
- Submit to Indian Embassy/Consulate for attestation
- Plan, obtain approval and release cost effective advertisements
- Search, receive, screen and shortlist applications.
- Give career counseling to candidates whenever necessary.
- Send only accurately assessed and qualified candidates CV’s to the client and get a list of candidates selected by them
- Final interviews / CV selection / trade testing
- Receiving final selection list
- Organize medical tests, forward medical reports / results to Clients
- Final Client confirmation
- Completion of contract formalities by candidates
- Receive visa / arrange visa stamping (where necessary), emigration clearance, ticketing, airport tax and insurance for every candidate
- Advice / help to candidates on educational degrees attestation procedure
- Pre-departure orientation to candidates on host country customs, laws and personal conduct tips, tips on traveling, airport procedures and formalities
- Place selected candidates on time under prior intimation to client
- Receive client confirmation on joining of candidates.
- Three months post recruitment satisfaction check from client.
